That's just it, most of these aren't even considered "popular" by anyone other than a small fraction of a fraction of TV viewers of today. Other than a very tiny handful of folks who grew up seeing them first hand on TV that feel a strong desire to own, we are far removed from finding any other...
Looking at the above list I can't imagine any company wanting to invest in putting most of these on a format that is dying. I can't imagine them selling more than a few dozen discs of any one episode, I don't see any of these being money makers in any form or fashion.
