I would assume it goes to the owners, but they're more than likely going to be tracking them as a metric as to whether the social posts are viable for Gord and Dave to continue, so I wouldn't use that as a reason to avoid using them.
Dave has posted the first in a planned weekly series of news roundup/summary posts at Facebook - thirty titles!: https://www.facebook.com/tvshowsondvd/photos/a.10151614436896063.1073741825.116070036062/10156202554426063/
You should be able to access/read without a Facebook account.
I posted in this thread in 2004, at which point I had six completed series.
Now, I have just over 500. A good number are short-run UK series, but there's still a lot there.
10 Items or Less
15 Storeys High
2 Broke Girls
21 Jump Street
3rd Rock From The Sun...
Mom season 3 came out last year. The Facebook post was linking to last year's release of it. S4 will come soon, though, I suspect.
The Middle S8 has to be a possibility, as the Canadian release is in August.
The Goldbergs (Sony) I suspect will get an MOD release for S3 somewhen soon.
Fresh off the Boat and Last Man on Earth (both Fox) I also suspect will get S2 MOD releases shortly.
And I hope The Middle (Warner) will be getting an S7 release soon, through WAC like S5-6.
Not too sure about...
I'm surprised about The Goldbergs S3 not hitting DVD. Sony do have an MOD program, so maybe it'll be released in that manner.
Given Disney's general disdain for TV-DVD, I'm not so surprised about Black-ish S2 not being on disc yet.
I'm guessing Last Man on Earth S2 and Fresh Off The Boat S2...
It's been a good couple of years for me, as a number of my most-wanted shows - The Wonder Years, King of the Hill S7+, WKRP with music - have been released.
Remaining "grail" titles for me..
Mad About You S6-7 (already announced as a complete series set from Mill Creek)
Diff'rent Strokes S5+...
Pretty sure this is just because the new season doesn't start on TV until January. I'm certain that there'll be another release around January (though I suppose an MOD release can't be ruled out, I think they'll be sticking with pressed retail for now).
'50s - I Love Lucy / Sgt. Bilko
'60s - The Twilight Zone / The Dick Van Dyke Show
'70s - Taxi / Diff'rent Strokes
'80s - Moonlighting / Only Fools and Horses
'90s - The Simpsons / ER / Frasier
'00s - Friday Night Lights / Malcolm in the Middle
'10s - Breaking Bad / Community
I suspect that Fox were/are considering MOD releases for future seasons, like American Dad, Bob's Burgers, Louie, etc, but that plan might have been vetoed by Simpsons crew: https://twitter.com/AlJean/status/585862077463396353
Friday Night Lights
Malcolm in the Middle
How I Met Your Mother
This American Life
Curb Your Enthusiasm
King of the Hill (only seasons 4 onwards are from the last 15 years)...
This list excludes adult animated sitcoms, I presume (The Simpsons, King of the Hill, etc)?
A few live-action kids' programs missing include Kenan and Kel (Nickelodeon, MOD, 1990s), Clarissa Explains it All (Nickelodeon, 1990s) and The Adventures of Pete and Pete (Nickelodeon, 1990s)
