That is what I don't understand. Warner requires the Bowery Boys to be in excellent condition in order to release them but they will release better known films in the archives in lesser condition....something about that doesn't strike right.

If they allowed the SAVINGS coupon like before I would have ordered 9 films to get the $20 off, but since they aren't, I won't be placing an order as almost $15 (tax included) a film is still too much for me.
I will definitely want to see some reviews before I even think of ordering any of these. EDIT: Already reviews up for the Stranger, and as expected the quality falls below that of DVDs already on the market.
If you are at all interested in classic British films, then it is almost a necessity to have a region free player and start buying DVDs from the UK. Most of them are not that expensive either...under $10.
I am still waiting on 4 shipments from Amazon UK that were sent out almost 1 month ago. I would be more worried if I received only a couple...the fact that none have shown up makes me believe that they will all arive about the same time...WHEN? is the big question.
