well, i'm officially a fan of the new album. words like "orchaestrated" (sp?), "layered" and "melancholy" come to mind. a lot of the songs have that slow, ambient, layering sound...which i really like. somewhat similar to his song "god moving his hand over the face of the water" or whatever...

anyone give a listen yet? i bought it yesterday but my girlfriend snagged it before i could even listen to it! grrr.... :D

the only other moby album i'm familiar with is "everything is wrong" which came out ages ago. i liked that album a lot. when i got "play" it also got very heavy rotation in my playlist. so, far so good...i'll definitely be picking "18" up. > :D :D :D
