I liked it overall. I loved that they generally stuck with each group of characters for an extended amount of time rather than constantly cutting back and forth between the stories. It made the movie flow nicely and it never felt long.
I was pretty into the movie until
Extra points for the...
Not like I know but that sounds like there's already some plan between them and Marvel to work on something else. Since they specifically mention the Fox deal, maybe it's an X-movie or the FF?
There's shows starting at 9 AM on Friday at the various theaters near me so I'll go to one of the AM screenings. I figure there will be a decent crowd but it won't be pandemonium like Thursday night.
I read an issue of Entertainment Weekly maybe a month ago with a ton of stuff on the whole Marvel series and there were multiple times where I thought "I don't remember that at all". The good thing is that I think that reading a recap of the pertinent info from previous movies and the movie...
I know it's coming out on Friday but in my mind, it's still coming out in May (since so many Marvel movies come out then) so it seems like it's sometime 'next month' rather than in under a week.
I'll probably see it on the Friday it opens but I'll avoid the thread starting on that Thursday night. And I think it opens on that Wednesday or Thursday in a number of countries so I may stay away then. Personally, I'll avoid posting major spoilers without spoiler tags for at least the first...
I think August is likely for Infinity War on video because Disney also has to release Solo to a similar audience in the late summer/early fall. Since they won't want to release both movies at the same basic time or wait until October to release Solo, I'm guessing late August is Avengers and...
I think in current Marvel comics, a girl named Riri Williams has Iron Man armor and goes by the name Iron Heart.

I agree. Although when I saw the seven Star Wars movie marathon that they had when The Force Awakens came out, I was afraid that I would be tired during the new movie but made it through with no problems. However, that was 'only' 19 hours of movies but by the time I finally went to bed that day...
Yeah, there's something to be said for the full-on "Let's get crazy" marathon but when it gets to a point that I couldn't stay awake long enough to see all of it, breaking it up would be a more sensible option. Even splitting it over two days at least would give people the ability to get a...
It isn't real? That's pretty impressive. Based on the first trailer, I assumed it was Josh Brolin under alot of makeup and a body suit that was then CG-ed to hide seams, add muscles or height, etc.
I would generally agree with that BUT I think they want to surprise people so they will kill characters off and then they'll have someone new take up the dead character's mantle. So when Robert Downey gets bored & leaves or when Marvel gets tired of paying him the GDP of a small country to be in...
It might even be 4 movies. I'd imagine that part of the reason that they're shooting two Avengers movies together is to cut costs so I have a real hard time believing that each one is running $500 million.
