Shoot Out (1971) is available on DVD-R from the Universal Vault Series. Guyana - Cult of the Damned was released on DVD several years ago by VCI in its longer Latin American version (sadly non-anamorphic though).

All Screwed Up is set to be released in June by Kino in a set with two other Lina Wertmuller titles, Love and Anarchy and The Seduction of Mimi. Also, I didn't see Permission to Kill, Dirty Knight's Work, or Kamouraska in your list, although I may have just overlooked them.
