Yeah, I would definitely consider the DIY approach (that's what my original speakers are), but unfortunately, I cannot find anyone to sell me the Dynaudio drivers anymore, since they got out of the DIY business! Dave

I would really like to upgrade my rear channels to dipoles, but unfortunately, Dynaudio does not make any dipole/bipole speakers (none that I can find anyway). Any suggestions for dipole speakers that will be a good timbre match with my Dynaudio front stage? Thanks, Dave

Chris, I also live in the Raleigh area (on the Apex/Cary line), and my wife and I love it here. Cary can be a bit restrictive one what you can and cannot do (can only water your lawn on certain days, if you want a rocking chair on your front port, it has to be white. Crazy things like that)...
