I may have missed this in conversation... Do the Blu-ray releases have the same issues at the new 4k set? Seems like I am better off sticking with my Rocky BD set

Yeah, I just moved to decide this collection isn't even worth it for me if it drops to $10. Why have something that is so screwed up like this? Warner should recall that entire set and do it over.

Should I be avoiding this set? It doesn't sound like it's up to snuff. I was going to buy it once it drops to $40 or below.

I need to offer an apology. Apparently, Warner Bros. is looking into audio issues reported by owners of the boxed set. They have not yet admitted that these problems exist. However, this is a start.

So, Bill Hunt of The Digital Bits is reporting that Warner is admitting to audio errors in this collection. It is being investigated and more information is forthcoming.
