Please continue to post titles you picked up. Looking for some suggestions. I don’t want to order from B&N but if Amazon is price matching I will certainly buy from there to avoid shipping charges.
I don't think there's a need to tell members here to "get a grip"
Nobody is in panic mode. We have been made aware that the sale is going on for weeks. We also know the stock is coming in and out.
Yeah, titles are still going in and out of stock on an hourly basis.
Still waiting for 3:10 to Yuma to come back in stock. It was out, came back in stock and I sat on it for awhile. It went back out of stock but I am guessing it will return.
You know what?
There was nothing in this sale that I really wanted to buy.
....but then you mentioned THIS title and I became interested.
I went ahead and made a blind purchase. Heard too many good things about this film.
Let me echo that appreciation. Really am thankful that you posted these codes here.
I will probably order two more titles in a few more days once the other coupon goes live.
Let me clarify the question...
Some items will sell out fast.
If an item is sold out and on back order can you still order it and have the sale price honored?
Question that may have already been answered....
During the B&N sale, if a particular title is sold out, will they let you order and honor the sale price once back in stock?
Just picked up The Royal Tenenbaums at Costco for $19.
They had The Fantastic Mr. Fox for the same price. If I hadn't just bought the $8 standard release....
Surprised The Royal Tenenbaums weren't even offered at B&N. Only the DVD version from what I could see.
In any case, I am off to Costco this morning, so I am certain I will find it there for $20.
Oooh. The original Godzilla. Now that's an idea.
Okay. JUBAL and GODZILLA. I will see if they are
in stock locally. JUBAL is under $22 on Amazon right
now so I don't need to get that from B&N as I have a
PRIME account.
Schan,
Yeah, those companies release stuff that is far more obscure.
I suppose what I was trying to say is that I don't tend to find that
many Criterion titles that appeal to my tastes. However, my tastes
are more mainstream than most.
Not a knock against the company. Just that I rarely...
Nelson,
Glad to help. Was so happy to finally get that film.
I dunno...
Most of the Criterion stuff is so obscure. Wish I could
think of something that would really interest me. There is
one film, JUBAL, that I have never seen and I hear it's a
very good western. Perhaps I will spring for...
