Some similarities, but not quite. That one had supervillains (Batroc and Winter Soldier) and lots of SHIELD technology around to give it a superhero/scifi edge. Not seeing much of that here yet, except a Hulk cameo.

Teaser looks sort of intriguing, but hopefully they are holding back on the superheroey stuff for now as this mostly looks like a Tom Clancy style thriller. Which is fine, but not what I normally associate Captain America with.
