Any difference in PQ? I have the original two sided release. At this price I might double dip but not sure.

I asked Brian from Shout about Knots and Falcon Crest and right now there are no plans of bringing either show on dvd. I hope WB gets busy and releases another season of Falcon Crest soon.

Interesting about the 4X3 ratio…it is not present in the episodes but in the extras with cast new interviews the clips shown are in 4X3 ratio….LOL…..

I have all my primetime soaps together in my shelves….the rest of my dvd collection is in alphabetical order.

I switched my tv ratio to 4X3 and liked it better than wide screen. It stretches the picture too much and the picture looks better in 4X3 ratio.

When the menu pops up it plays the opening theme music. It brought chills to me…LOL..never thought Id see The Colbys on DVD.

No, The Colbys is not formatted like Hart to Hart was….I kind of got use to it like that as well…the picture is pretty good but the colors seem not as bright as the Dynasty releases or Hart to Hart release which is an older show.

I got my copy of the Colbys in the mail today :)
