Arguably the bonus disc was an enticement for idjuts like me to buy the complete set, rather than try to find the remaining seasons (or half seasons) they were missing for their collections :cool: ... CBS/Paramount whatever could easily offer the disc separately if they chose.

I didn't but... I did buy the complete ST Classic season 1 HD-DVD set, since I had bought a HD-DVD player (& two HD-DVD movies & HDMI cable) for cheap. at Costco. I wish Paramount had released season two on HD-DVD ... :( .... and no I didn't send in for the HD-DVD Phaser Player remote ... )
