    That would seem to me an admission that the purpose of the episode was very much "about" abortion. Which puts us back where we started and the only way to go further would be to take the thread off-track in the worst way so I'll bow out on that subject.

    I would submit there is no distinction whatsoever. And to say there was "no debate to present" is itself a political statement that the issue has no ethical and moral argument that needs to be discussed if you're going to go to the trouble of intruding this issue into your program.
