I still can't get over how ugly that Infernal Affairs cover is. Not only is that not from the movie, her clothing style doesn't even belong in this decade! It makes the movie looks like some cheap asian porn.

^ I think it is because while ordering and importing dvds online is the norm for many of us here, it is not for the majority of people out there, especially kids and teenagers. Many of them would rather buy the dvd despite the bilingual cover than not have the movie at all. Casual dvd buyers...

If you go to dvdsoon.com search for the title and see if it says (bilingual) at the bottom of the specs where it says "Type of packaging:". It's not ALWAYS correct, but newer titles should mostly be up to date. Another way to know is if separate English and French versions of the movie show up...
