I let my membership lapse after YEARS of having it. I was going to rejoin if it still worked, but alas. This means I'll shop at B & N a lot less and that Amazon will get more of my money.

I only picked up two titles -- Klute and In the Heat of the Night. I've got too many unopened Criterion discs, but I did also take advantage of the Arrow sale (Ronin, A Fish Called Wanda, Weird Science, Gosford Park, 12 Monkeys, and The Andromeda Strain) so I didn't really save any money. :rolleyes:

Went to a local store and picked up The Awful Truth (but I may have this one already...don’t remember :rolleyes:), Silence of the Lambs and The Night of the Living Dead.

Bought a couple of discs in-store today using the 20% coupons I got it the mail. It was my first time buying movies at the front register so I was a bit worried there would be an issue with the coupons. They didn't apply automatically so the cashier had to call for a manager. He applied them...

I get the mail coupons, but never the email member coupons despite being a member for a long time. I get the 15% ones only.

Stopped by a store today and picked up Palm Beach Story and inspired by Crawdaddy's "Recovery from Surgery" Blu-ray Viewed Thread, Ride the Pink Horse.

First haul: Sullivan's Travels Odd Man Out The Killers I was going to get another, but picked up Agatha Christie's Partners in Crime as part of the retro TV sale instead.

I thought the same thing yesterday when I was in one of their stores and saw the crazy prices on the Nook tablets.

Sure enough, the code worked on the mobile site.

And I've now added 8 1/2 and Breathless. I watch 81/2 at least once a year so I figured it was finally time to upgrade the DVD set.

My haul: The Life and Death of Colonel Blimp A Man Escaped The Darjeeling Limited Following Wild Strawberries Kiss Me Deadly On the Waterfront and of course, Safety Last! I may go by today and pick up one more. I did have some difficulty yesterday with coupons though.
