Thanks gents appreciate it. With the refresh rate listed at 4k/120hz for the TV and receiver, wouldn't a 4k@60hz cable be less than ideal?

I have an incoming LG CX and Denon S960H and could use a HDMI cable recommendation please! I don't want to break the bank but don't want to go el-cheapo for an inferior product either. From what I understand i would need cables rated for 2.1, 120hz and eARC..?

I recently bought a Leviton enclosure at the local Lowes, then purchased a Leviton telco distribution module through Smarthome. Currently working on (saving money for) the video (catv/off-air/camera) distribution module which will also be Leviton.

Another idea i ran across (scuse the poor paint skills!): Attach a 'wedge' (in red) between the moulding (green) and the wall (black), then lay the rope lighting (yellow) upon the wedge. The wedge will provide an extra securing point for the moulding and a place to lay the rope lighting.

i'll be working with the trey ceiling, which 'protrudes' up into the attic, so i'll just be placing a small hole somewhere behind the moulding, and feeding 110 to it through the attic.

yeah guess i should clarify...im wondering about molding that is perhaps 'pre-cut' for rope lighting or something of the sort - i suppose like a gutter as you explained Tom..thanks. Steve - looked around for the 'glow tape' that you mentioned with no avail...you say it's electrical? Perhaps...

I was considering some rope lighting that would 'outline' the 'top rectangle' of my trey ceiling (the red line in the pic). Correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't there moulding that 'incorporates' a space for rope lighting that would allow me to get the desired effect? Or if not, how might i go...

i popped in Saving Private Ryan, which according to the cover, is 1.85:1. It fills up my entire screen with no banding whatsoever. If my 16x9 displays 1.78:1 'natively' persay, shouldn't there be banding while viewing a 1.85, as there is with 2.35, etc?
