How do you venner a bouble round over...both sides and top and bottom rounded over 1/2"?? I guess you cannot wrap the veneer due to the top and bottom having the rounded edge. Any advice??

I would suggest the Freud. I have a Freud router and jigsaw, both very powerful. I have the PC biscuit jioner. The only problem I saw with the Freud was the handle size, large and uncomfortable...at least to me. I would recommend putting your hands on one prior to purchase.

I would stay in the family and go with the ACI SV10 or SV12. Same drivers used in the Titan and Force subs that are pre assembled from ACI. Should integrate very nicely and be outstanding musically.

Shawn, I have heard both the AV1 and Studio 40..not next to each other, but different days, differnt rooms. IMO, the AV1 is the better speaker. The Studio 40 may reach down a bit lower in the bass, but that is about the only advantage it had. I prefered the whole AV 1 package.
