Seth, You have the option of not spending money with Adire or Acoustic Visions, just ask for your money back. If I was in Dan's shoes, I would refuse to sell you products, that, or either charge a put up fee for having to put up with your constant complaining. Seth, you sure you are...
Gil, ID makes very nice subs. I have heard dual 10's in an extended cab Chevy, very tight, they got very loud as well. The SQ is top notch. I would also consider the Soundstream Exact, Adire Shiva, or Crystal CMP(if you can find a good deal on it). If you are interested in a SS Exact...
Dan, or anyone else, can you give me a good size sealed box for a single Tumult?? I have the Win Isd, it is showing me a 1.9cuft box, that does not seem right to me. Size of box does not matter to me. Not sure what amp I will use yet, but I plan on 1000 minimum, possibly one of the...
1000 watts @4 ohm 24db xover 35-150, 200 0-180 phase Detachable power cord the built in LT and balanced input for BFD would be cool. Depending on price, the built in Para EQ would be sweet.
Here you guys go, Mr Overpeck in all his delusional glory:

I have not checked the car forums in awhile. Surprised to see Matt still taking the wood. I will give him credit, persistant booger, definately a glutton...
Paul,
Here are a couple of forums that might be able to help you out better.

These are car audio forums, people there are more apt to have used/heard the audiomobile products. Use the search functions...
How do you venner a bouble round over...both sides and top and bottom rounded over 1/2"?? I guess you cannot wrap the veneer due to the top and bottom having the rounded edge. Any advice??
I was around on the different car audio forums when Matt Vs. everyone took place. Based on Matt's performance....or lack thereof, I would not, and will not buy any items from Audiomobile. It was not just attacks to Dan Wiggins, but those to regular consumers that posted. Dan Hine is correct...
Is the BASH technology the same as the old Blade car amps?? Those were some excellent amps back in the day. If I remember correctly Blade became Idigo...or was bought by them. I think they then discontinued the Blade car line??
Not sure about the home audio/video industry, but in car audio a dealer got well below dealer cost to purchase demo amps, speakers, cd players, etc. It is possible the store is losing no money at all. When i used to work in the car side, demo amps and such were anywhere from 35-50% dealer cost...
I am with Patrick, funny movie. I enjoyed it. I always go into an Adam Sandler movie with the brain checked at the door.

I would suggest the Freud. I have a Freud router and jigsaw, both very powerful. I have the PC biscuit jioner. The only problem I saw with the Freud was the handle size, large and uncomfortable...at least to me. I would recommend putting your hands on one prior to purchase.
Phil,
If you go to www.harmonicdiscord.com and searfh user id MikeD. you will find some reviews and impressions of the AV1 against some higher end speakers. I did not get to A/B in the same room or anything, just demos at stores.
Do not let the price fool you, I was shocked from what I...
The $300 also includes the xover plans, not sure if you can purchase them seperatly, if not, then I guess you would be on your own working the xover out.
Danny's xover parts are top notch in quality.
Like Brian stated, he does have to make some profit, although it does not seem like he...
I would stay in the family and go with the ACI SV10 or SV12. Same drivers used in the Titan and Force subs that are pre assembled from ACI.
Should integrate very nicely and be outstanding musically.
Shawn,
here is a bit more detailed review on the AV1's I did for a guy on Audio Asylum.

Shawn,
I have heard both the AV1 and Studio 40..not next to each other, but different days, differnt rooms.
IMO, the AV1 is the better speaker. The Studio 40 may reach down a bit lower in the bass, but that is about the only advantage it had. I prefered the whole AV 1 package.
Dan,
You do realize how this is going to negatively effect Mover right?
The guy already has Adire envy with the Brahma, this one may very well push him into a full time Dan Wiggins stalker.
Mark,
Hopefully you guys can make it, I look forward to meeting you. I hope Bob brings his HE sub along, of course if he is flying in, that may be a problem.
MacF,
The DIY contest is a get together for DIYers that bring speakers they have built and tweaked themselves. This is an...
The Texas DIY 2001 that the Madisound board does every year will have a Texas location. It will be in Wichita Falls, hosted by Danny Richie of GR Research. The event will be Friday and Saturday, November, 2nd, & 3rd. Judging of entries will be held Friday, Saturday will be open for demoing, chit...
Michael,
The Opal also has a different crossover you can use. Dennis Murphy over on Madisound designed a different xover for the same drivers as the Opal. If you decide to build that kit, you have two options to listen to and see what you like.
If you go to the Madisound Discussion...
