Not much info available about the imprint s1+2 set, its pencilled in for November. Nothing on their website, but if you google "Bewitched Imprint bluray" you will find bits and pieces. I too hope that this first set will be the original b/w with correct opening title music carrying 1964...

The original Network DVDs in the UK had isolated music tracks for 22 of the 24 year 1 episodes - missing the two commentary episodes. Sadly the bluray release duplicated this, I would have hoped that extra available space might have encouraged them to include the music only tracks for these 2...

Imprint in australia have announced a blu release of Bewitched - 2 seasons per set. No other details. The Sony DVDs even got it wrong tho - incorrect opening titles for s1+2 - both carrying 1966 instead of 1964 copyright, and the theme music for the original s1+2 was a slower tempo...

We are getting the complete series 1-7 here in the UK via Fabulous Films. Sadly no extras, though they do list the 1968 and 1971 pilots as extras. Not even isolated music scores are listed. Still, nice to get them over here in a 20 disc set at £100.

I recorded almost all of them on VHS in the 80s but only a handful i managed to transfer to DVD-R. Have quite a number of Kennedy and Errol shorts. Very funny shorts. Would like to see them restored. Maybe the BBC knows what happened to the 35mm prints they held - where would the films...

Having now rewatched the first two reunion movies - they are fine PQ wise. Artistically not so fine. Atrocious music throughout, no sign of the old $6m Man/BW theme music. And where was Callahan in these reunions. Not even mentioned. Was Jennifer Darling approached to appear? No...

Was wondering why this set is slightly compromised. Season 1 was 3 discs, but this has the same number of episodes but only 2 discs. Why??

The series turned up in the 1990s on 3 (i think) ITV regions inclucing my own (HTV). Really enjoyed The Pruitts, but less so in it's second half, ie The Phyllis Diller Show where the supporting cast changed and the format slightly altered. A proper release would be great.

Press blurb is slightly incorrect as Face at the Window is already out on region A Bluray, so not a world premier. Ive ordered the set (and the bio). I assume licensing issues prevented them from adding his final two films - Curse of The Wraydons/Greed of William Hart. Maybe a double bill...

In the UK s1 of columbo got a bluray release a few years ago, with the hint that the other seasons would follow. But s1 didnt sell well and no further seasons got released.

Sadly two recent DVD releases didnt help their company...... the awful "Give us a Clue" panel game, and the equally awfull "Eurotrash". Especially when fans like myself were crying out for other releases to be completed. Will miss them terribly.
