    I always prefer to have the blu-ray included because I find older films hit and miss in HDR - sometimes I find the blu looks better.

    Yes, there is an appropriate amount of grain. Mostly light, occasionally heavier in a handful of shots.

    I had a closer look at it last night and I agree that it's much improved. The green day-for-night shots still look weird to me, but overall I'd say there's finally a version that's superior to the old blu-ray.

    Well, I don’t know what I saw in the theatre then, because it didn’t look like what’s on Apple. I just checked my copy again and the green tint is there in the night scenes and that shot on the bus is still cropped - both in SDR and HDR. The theatrical version had a bluish-grey cast to the night...
