Have you stopped by the store to see if a salesperson can pull it up in their system. Usually, they can tell if it has hit the warehouse - or, if it will eventually be stocked. I'd bet that CC will be stocking it - now, it's just a question of when they will.

Rolando, Actually, the warranty for Pioneer Elite receivers is 2 years, not 3 years. Or, at least it's that long for products purchased in the U.S. Does Canada have a longer warranty for Elite products?

Ned, you must mean that you saw the 52TX and the 1014 side-by-side. The 54TX is about an inch taller than the 52TX/1014 receivers.

Not exactly. The MSRP on the 53TX and the new 54TX is $1,500. The suggested MSRP for the 52TX is less. But, do keep in mind, many authorized retailers sell the new 54TX for $1,000. It seems like the MSRP, when it comes to Pioneer, isn't enforced quite in the same way it is with Denon...
