Originally got mine for $444 from BB but when I saw that new sale I printed it off and took it back for a $20 savings! If you're looking to purchase a new receiver - it's a no-brainer at this price point!

My sub is about 7 feet from the listening position and MCAAC placed at 25 feet! And to be honest, the bass has never sounded so good. I was thinking of changing the phase from 0 to 180 and then rerunning MCAAC to see what happens. What I'm not sure about is how much gain on the sub should be...

Couldn't find any reference to subwoofer setup. So, MCAAC said my sub is 25 feet away when it's only about 5-7 feet away. Should I correct the distance?

I'm setting up my 1014 and have a quick question, and I apologize if this has been discussed earlier: My dvd player (XP-30) and CD player both have fiber optic. The 1014 has coaxial for DVD but not optical. Where do I connect both of the fiber optics cables?
