This week’s Thor episode is a delight, engaging and funny, with loads of celebrity voices. If Love and Thunder is as good as this, it’ll be great.

I enjoyed this episode (not so much the zombie one) but it did end while begging the question of what happens next. I think less time should be spent recreating moments from the films and more time devoted to examining what happens when those key moments deviate.

Hmm... isn't that the power stone? Seen in Guardians of the Galaxy?

I thought it was good. The animation was even better than previous episodes. At times, I thought I was watching live-action actors. I always appreciate these stories that turn out like a Twilight Zone episode, and this one did (as did many of the old What If stories, if memory serves).

I enjoyed episode 3. It reminded me of the old What If series from the 70s, and I wonder if the germ of the idea for this one came from here:

I enjoyed this one a lot. I agree Bautista was missed, but I was impressed with all the movie talent they had on hand for this one.

That was one of the motifs of the original comic series from 1977 — the other being that that nothing is the same and the wheels come off the bus. I’m relying on memories from 40 years ago, but those are the two ways the stories went.

I thoroughly enjoyed the first episode of What If. I loved the animation. Always great to have Hayley Atwell back (I still wish they’d give Agent Carter a season three). Looking forward to everything this series brings.

What’s interesting is that I initially thought this was just going to be a fun installment in Marvel’s TV programming, but now I see that it absolutely ties into their multiverse narrative that’s happening in Phase 4.
