RE: The Rocketeer It's a throwback to the old serials of the 30's and 40's (Flash Gordon, Buck Rogers)...I haven't seen it in years, but remember it was visually stunning but I think the story kind of dragged in parts. Nowhere NEAR as campy as the Flash Gordon movie...might have to check it...
