I believe that Madman acquired the six Four-In-One McCloud episodes from tape backups from a British TV station. Details in this entry from the Classic TV History Blog:

Watched VTTBOTS S01E06 The Sky is Falling on MeTV, and saw Adam Williams playing the role of "Chief". What gives? Was Henry Kulky unavailable the week of filming?
Someone in the film made the point that no face is perfectly symmetrical -- there are always differences between the left and right sides.
The fact that the spy's face was perfectly symmetrical indicated that it was some sort of mask or disguise.
Okay, one more movie, please. Vague memory of a movie about a government rocket project. There is a spy within the project.
Someone places a mirror against a man's photograph, so that his face appears symmetrical -- we see the right side of his face, plus the reflected right side of his face...
Your post prompted me to revisit Harry O. While I love Janssen's world-weary performance, I had forgotten that the dvds have no subtitles whatsoever, not even closed captioning. This is a real drawback, as some of my family members are hard of hearing.
I wish that there were a website where...
Yes, Chuck was a fun show. I'm drinking my coffee from a Buy More mug, as we speak.
It's difficult for me to re-watch the show now, as it seems that the writers felt compelled to ALWAYS have an A-story, a B-story, and a C-story.
The A-story (the Chuck-Sarah romance) was why I watched the show...
I was shopping at Best Buy for a TV for my mother, who is hard-of-hearing and thus appreciates videos that are subtitled.
I brought with me a flash drive containing a video MKV file, so that I might test the various TVs on display as to their capability of displaying subtitles.
The salesman...
Clicking on the Starz logo at the top center of the screen activates a drop-down menu. Select the Starz Encore Western Channel menu entry, for a program schedule.
What?? A dvd set of the 1950 B&W series Dangerous Assignment? And here I thought that B&W TV on dvd was dead...
Always liked this low-budget Brian Donlevy series, but didn't think it stood a chance of being released on dvd. Gonna grab this, just because it's '50s B&W.
Good luck with the cardboard sleeves in your Mission: Impossible set.
The first time I re-inserted a disc into its cardboard sleeve, I saw the sleeve put a fresh scratch onto the disc surface. Cardboard sleeves are now illegal at my house!
Just received my Mr Terrific & Captain NIce region 2 PAL dvd set from Germany.
The good news is that each episode has English audio in addition to German audio. I didn't expect that, as the case artwork only listed German audio.
The bad news is that each episode of Captain Nice only runs...
I had always thought that Buck Rogers was the ultimate cheese fest, with episodes like "Planet of the Slave Girls", "Vegas in Space", "Planet of the Amazon Women".
But now, I guess I'll have to go back and carefully check each episode of Matt Houston for evidence of female pulchritude. Dammit...
Stagecoach West (because, well, when are we ever going to get another B&W western on dvd again?)
Laugh-In - seasons 1 & 2 (Goldie Hawn. Need I say more?)
Mike Hammer - seasons 1 & 2 (can't have enough two-fisted Darren McGavin)
Mr Terrific & Captain Nice - German set (quick, before it's out...
Both of these series were released on dvd in Germany, with German and English audio tracks. Hopefully, you can play Region 2 PAL discs.
Two versions are available, and can be had from multiple sellers (Amazon USA, Amazon UK, Amazon Germany, eBay...) Here are the URLs for Amazon USA.
Version...
Yes, they're currently airing Mon-Fri on the Starz Encore Westerns channel, two or three episodes per day. I recorded one a few days ago. My HDMI recorder only records progressive frames, so it had to step down from 1080i to 720p. Still, it's much better quality than I have ever seen for this...
In addition to Stagecoach West, Talking Pictures has been airing The Detectives and Target: The Corruptors for many months now. Perhaps you could prevail upon a Brit friend to record them for you. It would be great if Renown could release dvd sets as they did with Stagecoach West, but...
Regarding Richard Diamond, I corresponded with the folks at Talking Pictures some time ago. They have access to the Four Star catalogue, but this only includes season 4 of Richard Diamond (the NBC season, not the three previous CBS seasons). Of the 26 episodes of season 4, only 12 videotapes...
