Saw it yesterday and enjoyed it. The opening sequence was LOUD. My only wish is that they had spent more time on the undead. I'd still recommend it as it was well done.
BTW, Wyatt Russell's resemblance to his father, both in looks and voice, is uncanny.
I saw this yesterday and thought it was terrible. At least I didn't have to suffer through this crap long as the film seemed short (wonder if all the cut footage would have made a difference). Different strokes and all I suppose.
I absolutely love the first two Guardians films but I have quickly lost interest in a third. This is starting to have train wreck written all over it. Too bad as I was eagerly looking forward to what Gunn had in store for the final film.
Just returned from a packed showing and it was fantastic. The crowd loved it and laughed throughout. While I liked the first one the sequel was a giant (pun intended) step up. Marvel is hitting on all cylinders at this point. There's two stingers BTW, one mid credits and one at the very end.
I guess I'm in the minority but I enjoyed Solo. I thought it was a lot of fun. Glover was outstanding as Lando IMO. I'll gladly add it to my collection when it gets released in 4K BR.
Doesn't surprise me that the gross is low for this. The theater I saw it in last night was about half full...
