I was thinking along the lines of Carlos' thinking - perhaps Marcus already had wings before becoming a "hybrid", since he is the "master" vampire. Anyway, enjoyed the first one and enjoyed the second one :)

I've read plenty in this thread about the video but was interested in more comments comparing the original mono track to the new 5.1 mix. What do people think of the new mix?

I finally got my mailer in yesterday and sent if off. I'll post back again if/when I receive the corrected disc :)

Bought the two pack dvd set (GITS II and Millenium actress) because I had finally seen the v4 designation on the package. Like others here, I still got the uncorrected version. Still waiting for my mailer and have already sent for it twice.

I've been trying to access the information and I keep getting a "Page cannot be displayed" error when I click on the "questions about your dvd" section. The main page loads without trouble though. A friend has tried it on her computer and also can't get the page to display. Any ideas? We both...

Can someone explain the "stigmata" scene for me? I don't understand why his cell mate would see the change. Wouldn't Evan altering the past just have made him have the scars before he even entered prison? Wouldn't he be the only one to know that anything was different? Am I missing something?

The first DVD player I bought is the same one I'm still using : The Panasonic RV-60. I think the first title I bought was From Dusk till Dawn.

I started out a fan of this show but it's wearing off on me now. Every character on the Miami team is so hostile it gets tiring sometimes.

I bought it tonight. Picked the one I thought would be the best and managed to get it out without damage, except for a tiny bend on the top plastic of the keepcase. I don't think that was caused by the metal though. I can see where it would get caught inside the metal shell and it looks like...

Darren, I've noticed the same thing. I've been to 3 local stores and all I can find to buy is the metal slipcase version. I'm hesitant to buy it but I can't find the cardboard keepcase anywhere. I may just bite the bullet and get it and take my chances. Too bad there doesn't seem to still be a...

Put me down as another one who hates bi-lingual covers. It's nice to see some French Canadians expressing distaste for them as well. I expected some (many?) of them would dislike the covers too.
