    I'd return it for the reason you stated, but I do understand the hesitation. I believe THESE would be the correct cables as an option. The thing about XLR is making certain they are the right gender for the connections you have.

    I would think so. Another thing to look for is the gain of the amp. They don't always include that, but it's the amount, in dB that the amp increases the signal. I'm guessing the Outlaw is higher than the Monolith, or Emotiva for that matter. Emotiva amps are all 29dB, where they used to be...
