Disc release is around the corner. Should include a digital code. However, this is a great deal and you got me thinking about going for it myself rather than spend the $20+ for the 4k disc.
I bought a silly title, only because it's new and looked interesting and had good reviews: LANGUAGE LESSONS. It was $9.99 down from $19.99
I paid full price ($19.99) for LAST DUEL (Ridley Scott) as I did not want to buy the disc. I just don't have room.
I am teetering on buying JEREMIAH...
I purchased this film earlier last week and watched it yesterday.
I wish I had picked up that it was playing on Disney+ as I sort of regret this purchase as I’ll probably never view it again.
It’s a good film. There were just some aspects of it that prevented it from being a great one...
Robert,
My thoughts exactly. The collector side of my brain was thinking about the purchase all day. It's a great deal. The realist side of my brain told me I would never, ever watch any of these films in my lifetime.
My memory is fading. Is that the film about the guys who did backup instrumentals for Motown songs and when they told people they were on that song, they were not believed?
For me, it was just one of the most awesome films I had ever seen. I was 15 years old. It was an R-rated film which I had no problem getting into. And two years later cable appeared on the scene and it endlessly played on HBO. Our town was not yet strung up for cable but I went to my...

But like many other Blu-rays that end up staying shrinkwrapped, other things came up and I...
Yup. The same thing went through my mind. I have the Blu-ray with the DC sitting in shrinkwrap. Never got around to watching it. Now owning the 4k, there really isn't any reason (other than curiosity) to watch it. A shame.
Most likely it will be the same situation if and when SNF makes...
So, the 2020 BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY sale finally happened! :)
Bought: An Officer and A Gentleman (which I discovered after purchase I already bought BD), Saturday Night Fever 4k (which will probably be on disc soon), Witness 4k.
Doug, thanks for this, however perhaps I am doing something wrong but that link goes to a code input page only and if I go to the main site I don't see mention of a sale.
Just finished watching LAST TRAIN FROM GUNHILL
I passed on the recent Blu-ray offering because...well...now on a retired budget I am being more selective about what I purchase and I have very little room for any more discs in my home.
So, getting this digitally for $4 with Robert's...
