Are you talking about the Carpenter directed and Kurt Russell "Elvis"? If so that was released by Shout! Factory on Blu-ray back in 2016.

I did say most of the remaining titles are Paramount, not all of them as I knew Golden Boy and I am the Law are Columbia.

That's fine, but I think most of the other titles are definitely Paramount.

Yeah, I'm afraid that's one title that will never see the light of day on home video in my lifetime.

There are a few select pre-1949 Paramount titles still with Paramount like "The Strange Love of Martha Ivers" (1946). Another example is "I Walk Alone" (1946) that Kino previously released on Blu-ray during a prior Paramount agreement.

Well, I guess you can't make everybody happy, so you might as well as sell the titles that gives you the most profits.

My thoughts are this, 4K streams don't look nor sound as good as a proper 4K disc.

That particular title has been taken off the list for upcoming 2022 titles which are listed in his first post in the Announcement thread. However, that doesn't mean, it can't be added again.
