With OLIVE really kaput we would hope Paramount would be itching for a deal - boy wish someone would open the vaults to the 1940's Terrytoons -- years ago when I was helping Fox do the Special Edition of 1947's Miracle On 34th St I asked about them and of course was told they only had the...
Betty Hutton was the same schtick ---- On Raye because of her tireless work during the war and touring they changed policy and let her as a civillian be buried at Fort Bragg
Never saw Hope's Never Say Die anyone here has thoughts on that one - but any early Hope has plenty of -HOPE (could not resist that one) for viewing pleasure!
Thank you --- just ordered it! The Spy In Black was available from VCI on MOD but even though it is still out there VCI stopped making it as the disc had some glitches. Although just saw this - - -

I asked this probably on the wrong thread Mr. I I canceled my Blue Skies order on another retailer I used a gift card thats why I did not order from you directly. If I place the order through KINO will they hold the order to the new disc is in?
Thought KINO had said they would not release Henry Aldrich's sad because they were all restored, I know of a company that wants to release them but no luck so far.
Please let me know what ya think!! Love the title "Noirvember" maybe TCM will pick up on that next year! I have been trying to get them to do "Christmas In July" for years!
Thinking about grabbing "The Blue Lamp" love old films about police etc - never saw this is it really a good film that can be enjoyed over and over. It has a great cast and I love anything that Jack Warner stars in he really was one of the great Brit actors.
Agree with you, maybe the correct strategy to releasing his films would have been a box of his lesser titles and the films that over the years have been the most popular on tv etc as single releases.
Yes all good points But "A Connecticut Yankee In King Arthur's Court" is probably one of his best pictures and along with "White Christmas" the last of his big box office success. Forgot High Society!
