Hi can someone tell me what LFE bass peak should be set to on the VSX-24TX ? I have the Energy ES-8 sub and I put the LFE setting at -30db. Is this correct ? How do I measure what proper settings should be ?

I bought the VSX-24TX sunday from my local retailer for $732 after I told him I could get it for $680 from soundpros. Decided to pay a bit more to establish a good relationship with them. Gonna hook it up tonight...... :)
