When this episode first aired on FOX it was part of special night of promotions. This 90210 episode had intentional "bloopers" viewers were supposed to try and spot throughout the show.
I have been a fan of all of the Angels since they started in 1976, however the only way I would purchase season 5 (or the complete series box) is if the Season 5 Premiere episode was in its original 3 hour format.
The original airing had the first story (Julie's intro) running about 2hours and...
All of Charlie's Angels 2 hour episodes are presented as 2 hours and are complete and uncut on Columbia House while the dvds are split into 2 parts and are syndicated prints.
I do enjoy the streaming for movies (I like the old stuff), but for TV no way as they stream edited episodes of tv shows that are available complete on dvd. Roseanne is an example. I know the season 1 dvd is edited, but all streaming episodes are edited.
I am not entirely sure, but I think that the Work In Progress presented on the DVD is not only a different version than the one on the laserdisc, but is also framed incorrectly/differently. I have never seen the dvd version, but own the laserdisc.
I never knew that. I feel kind of silly knowing that now, because although I do not recall the moment, I am sure I "saw" an upgrade in video quality years ago when I switched from composite to s-video. lol.
Interesting information. I had no idea. I hooked it up last night and enjoyed my CAV disc of [as far as I know it is the closest to the theatrical version] Who Framed Roger Rabbit lol. Thanks for all the suggestions and info. Tony
My laserdisc player has s-video and composite outputs, however I now have an Optoma projector that does not have an S-video input. I would prefer not to have to use the composite input and was hoping for some suggestions in the best way to convert the laserdisc S-video to an input that is...
Sorry G. Alan Brown, President, but I find that Home Theater Forum has anything BUT "narrowly knowledgeable and/or insufficiently experienced novices" and is the perfect place to ask anything home theater related. It sounds like you are making a sales pitch.
I just purchased the Optoma HD20 and currently use Dish Network, but will be ditching it asap. I would like to just receive my local HD channels via antenna, but I don't have any idea what equipment is needed. Is there a tv tuner type box I need to purchase? I did some poking around the...
I am a total Pepsi junkie. Pepsi does make a Kosher for Passover Pepsi with sugar. Last year the 2 liter bottles had a white cap. I buy as much as possible and even tell my friends to be on the lookout for it. I live in Brooklyn, NY near a large Jewish community, so I can find it with...
Well I found it! It is "Fear of the dark". I remembered the title was something like "Don't be afraid of the dark" and then went on IMDB doing searches like "Scared of the dark" etc and found it. Now I hope that my friend likes it after driving myself crazy trying to think of it all day...
Okay, let me state up front that it was not the best scary movie, but I think that a friend of mine who only enjoys their scary movies on the lite side would like this one. My guess is the movie came out in the past 5 years and was direct to video (or a tv movie). I saw it on a channel like HBO...
