Some UK website had this up for pre-order for June, but that's the only online retailer so far that I know of. No official release date on the band's official site, so I'm guessing the June date is no good.
I think Sam's Club had this. I know for sure it had both X-Men films and DD. I want to say LXG was the 4th one. It didn't come in a box though, just had the 4 packaged together.
I'm also a fan of the new CD. I'm glad they didn't go with their older style, because this band has always been about moving forward. There's some great songs on here. I think "Astronaut" and "Want You More" are 2 of the best the band has ever done.
I would suggest Duncan Sheik or Michael Penn. Neither are completely acoustic but seem to fit in with your tastes. Gavin DeGraw is recent favorite of mine, too.
Arena is so bad, even the most die-hard of fans dislike it. I would have much rather seen a release of "When The Lights Go Down", which is Arena without all of the silly nonsense. Apparently, they are including the long bootlegged "Making of...", which makes this worthy of a purchase. Sing...
Yes, they are currently without a record label. The band and Hollywood Records parted ways shortly after Pop Trash flopped. I think it only sold around 42,000 copies. There are rumors of the band signing again with Capitol Records, but that is not for certain. A new song will be on the Queer...
