Hi all, Time-Warner Road Runner Cable here in LA has done the same thing with the cable bandwidth. Just got a letter from TW that said to reset my cable modem and the download speed would go from 3MB/sec to 5MB/sec. I guess that they are trying to keep the DSL providers at bay. Regards, TCIII
