I've had my Sony Grand Vega LCD for a few months but now I'm wondering if I'm getting the most out of it. Are there any changes I should be making to the factory settings? Should I pay an expert to come and take a look at it? Thanks for looking.

I forgot to mention that I'm talking Canadian dollars here not USD. So I ended up paying maybe $2500 USD for my 50" It arrived yesterday and the picture quality is outstanding. This one has a build date of June 2004 so I'm hoping there won't be any issues with this one.

TV was suppose to arrive yesterday but Thursday night I got a call from Sears........still back ordered. Should be here by Wednesday........exactly one month from the day I ordered it. They dropped the price by another $275, now I'm paying less than $3500 for a TV that they sell for $5000.

Not that I have a full blown HT I want to increase my DVD collection. Is joining the Columbia DVD club the best place to start or should I just go around to some of the big chain stores and pick up some on sale here and there? Thanks for looking.

I think the salesperson is feeling sorry for me. She told me once the new and improved version comes out in the fall to call and complain about my TV. Sears will replace it with the newer one. ;)
