It could be your gas cap is not on tight enough. I had this happen to a Pontiac of mine once and I took it in. The guy tightened the gas cap and told me that he has seen this happen several times. I felt like a dumba$$ but at least he didn't charge me.
My Sopranos S5 had 2 disc 2 and no disc 1. I was able to exchange at Circuit City with no problem. I did have the receipt though but don't think it would have been a problem anyway.
