No cardboard sleeves. Similar to other VEI releases. Each season has it's own case and they all hold 4 discs, 2 on each side. Except for season 2 of the Equalizer which was a 6 disc set although that was probably an error on their part.

VEI has re-released a couple of Complete Series sets recently at a much lower price including Grace Under Fire and The Equalizer. Also Cannon, which is coming out in December. I bought the Equalizer set a few weeks ago for only $29.99. It's a great deal, however half the discs had 6 episodes...

I was at amazon and noticed that Cannon Seasons 3, 4 and 5 will be released individually in May. Seasons 3 and 4 will be released on May 6 and Season 5 comes out on May 27. I also did a search for Barnaby Jones and found out that Season 2 will be released next week on April 22...

I think something else might be missing from that episode because the running time of that episode which was posted on a blog is about a minute longer than the DVD version.

Bailey picks up an album cover in that scene, that could be a clue as to what song it was. I only have a bootleg copy and it wasn't the best video quality so I couldn't figure it out.

If my math is correct then so far out of 126 songs(maybe a few more) played (or sung) only 18 music cuts on the first 2 seasons. That means at least 85% of the music is included in the first 2 seasons. Much better than I expected!

"Runaway" by Bonnie Raitt was played in the first part of that episode so that's another music edit if there is no music in there.

Don't know about Gershwin but Star Wars theme is included according to someone at The WKRP group at FB.

My copy(boot) of Fish Story has a running time of about 23:51. It does seem kinda short for 1978. "Back in the U.S.A." was written by Chuck Berry so that's probably why it wasn't included. I heard his music is hard to get which might explain why Surin' USA isn't on the set either because...
