Hi. I use an old (16 years?) Denon AVR 8303 receiver with my computer. It's always worked fine for me. But recently there's been a lot of humming coming from the speakers, especially when I turn up the volume. Is this the receiver? Is it going bad? Thanks.

How do you use a subwoofer with a stereo amp?

Hi, I have two B&W 685's and an as of yet purchased sub that I want to use with my computer. I need a suitable, good quality amp or receiver (nothing over $1000) to match. All I need is an optical-in and a subwoofer port. Suggestions?
