Win a signed copy of The Carol Burnett Show: The Ultimate Collection on DVD

By far, my favorite is the "Mama's Family" sketch that Tim Conway tells the conjoined elephant story that cracks everyone up. Had me to tears watching it for the first time.

    Very Strange Flix??

Any Miike film. "Visitor Q" is about the wierdest I've seen. And yes; it does support family values (in its own way).

    Bloodrayne...The Movie

I would agree with you Dan, but... Uwe Boll strikes again and changes the plot from something that might have been watchable.

    Weekly RoundUp 3/30

I had no problem getting the price match AND the free disc. The guy at check-out told me to go to Customer Service because of the free movie circumstance (he also said that if I get both for $20 than that was "fabulous deal") The cust.serv. lady only looked at the ad and didn't ask any...

Matrix: Revolutions on DVD by Christmas?

Darren, I agree. Most of the people that I've talked to that didn't like the movie(s), was because it was confusing. I'm not saying all, but more than half. I do think that the action (which I enjoyed) in Reloaded did overshadow the storyline somewhat. On the other hand; I've heard people say...

Weekly Roundup 10/21 (The Man With The Hat Is HERE!)

Went to "Wally-World" early this morning and got a price match with little hassle. The only problem was the Widescreen box set is a different color than the (pictured)Foolscreen. So it took a 20 year old manager to look at it and say its the same thing. No where on the ad does it say "Fullscreen...

    Best Buy's New Rewards Program...thoughts?

When I joined back in July, BB was having the Friends seasons1-4 package deal. So after paying $10, I earned $5 instantly. 2 weeks later I bought a washer & dryer, so I earned another $35. It takes a little while to get these in the mail, but they do get sent out. I have received both of these...

Woo Hoo! Superb movie. The differences that I see from the three versions are: 1. R-Rated movie with 2 commentaries 2. Dir. Cut of movie with 2 commentaries 3. Special Ed. is the Dir. Cut + second disc with Featurettes; "Making Of" Documentaries; Interviews; Trailers; "Nervous" (the side...

So I was thinking about Star Wars on DVD...

David, you just brought a tear to my eye... I was born in 72 , so I know exactly how you feel. I would love to watch(own) the OT for nostalgia. There was something special about watching it with no CGI. A bare bone edition would be absolutely perfect.
