The background of the XMB changes colours based on the month. Each month will have different colours associated with it.

This movie was based on Frank Miller's Graphic Novels and is styled in the same manner. Do people complain about the same things with Sin City? Do ALL movies have to look exactly the same?? I guess people don't like creativity and prefer vanilla even though there's lots of other flavours available.

Plenty of HD DVD and BR to be found where I am. The Wal Mart near me has had BR and HD DVD ever since I jumped on the HD formats. The Best Buy I go to currently has 2 sections full of HD DVDs and BRs on sale for $19.99 CAD. Too bad I already bought all the ones I wanted. :D

Are people still saying that the BR version contains 24 bit TrueHD?

For $4 more, you get the HD DVD, the DVD and extra features. I think it's definitely worth it. :)

Someone with a PS3 has confirmed that the BR version has a 16bit TrueHD.

I would hope they would release the full concert minus all the useless jabber for each venue. The Metallica and Spinal Tap performances in London were great specially when they had all the Bassists lined up.

What would be the possibility of the entire Live Earth concert being released in HD DVD/BR? I watched whatever I could in HD and it looked amazing. So they definitely had High Definition in mind when filming the show. It would be great if they released a set that has the full concert in each...

Watched the BR with the wife last night and she enjoyed it quite a lot. Been tempted to do the motorcycle move in the elevator. :D The picture and sound are definitely quite good in this movie. However, what's with Drew's face? She looks like a ghost most of the time with all that makeup.

Finally, Fifth Element done right. I hope. I have the LD, DVD and the Superbit DVD of FE. I was quite disappointed after reading the reviews on the original BD release. Can't wait for the remastered version.
