I had been wanting to pick this one up for awhile now since one of my friends introduced me to this magnificent show. Needless to say, I grabbed it with nary a second thought.
I scored the two disc 30th Anniversary special edition of Close Encounters of the Third Kind on Blu-Ray for $15 there a few weeks back, which was quite the deal, I thought.

I currently have Love Finds Andy Hardy on DVD and a few others on VHS. I imagine that they would take quite a bit of remastering work, and would be particularly time consuming since there are 16 films (not counting any shorts or anything), so I imagine it will take a while to get them all put...
It's the same old story. Boy finds girl, boy loses girl, girl finds boy, boy forgets girl, boy remembers girl, girls dies in a tragic blimp accident over the Orange Bowl on New Year's Day.
My favorite is the Tomato Basil Penne, which I made once with Italian Sausage instead of Hamburger with interesting results. I also like the Cheeseburger Macaroni and Stroganoff ones as well. In fact, I had some of the Stroganoff one for dinner tonight. As a single guy, those things work...
Such a shame...I was shocked to hear the news. I knew he had problems in the past, but hadn't heard anything lately...I've enjoyed his films, especially The Client and Apt Pupil... Such a shame, he was a talented actor, for sure.

Incredible indeed... there is something oddly chilling seeing a bridge you've driven on hundreds and hundreds of times collapsed like that. Something surreal too, seeing the city you live in featured on BBC news for a story like this...
