I have CDM 7nt up front-- and 1 nts for surrounds. They sound great but they really dont get used that much. So for the money it may not be worth it but for aethetics it matches--Mike
So Friday nite I purchased a Rotel 1080 amp to complememnt my cdm 7nts.
But with the amp on there is a hiss/hum. I unplugged everything and there still is a noise. The amp is in a dedicated 20amp outlet.
Now disconnecting the Sat wire into the sat receiver created some noise, but without...
Also depends how big ur center is.
Mine weighs 30 pounds so on top of the TV is not an option.

Yes I just biwired my front 7nts but not the center (not yet). Yes there is a difference. I was using some regular monster wire and upgraded to Alpha Core MI2 copper python biwired. Really brought out more bass!!! And overall sharpen things up. Im very happy. I dont feel like biwiring the rear...
Im using Alpha core biwired MI-2. Just gotem so Ill let u know how they sound. BTW I have CDM 7nt and was using left over monster. The alpha is supposed to add some good bass Mike
I buy because if I rent from Blockbuster its $4.xx and I never wind up watching within 2 days so its worth it to buy then wait 2 months before I actually get around to viewing it. Mike
