    Component-to-Cat5 Wall Plate?

Could you be talking about the wall plate from Audio Authority. I believe it lets you plug in component video and digital audio and then converts them so you can run them over 2 cat 5e wires. Hope this helps some. Mike

Some in-progress pics of my home theater

I hadn't thought of using velcro like that for cable management, good idea. I also like your walls, it looks really cool in the first two pictures. Is that some kind of faux finish? Keep up the good work. Mike

Ist Time Visit to Santa Monica.

Do they still have that big drumfest sit-in on the beach? I thought that was pretty cool, especially when everyone gets on the same beat, it just vibrates through your whole body. I do agree that you have to catch a sunset on the beach or two.

Weekly RoundUp 9/21/04 (FULL & COMPLETE)

Anybody know if there is a limit to how many copies of Star Wars you can purchase at Fry's? My mom is coming to visit us next month and I thought I'd pick her up a copy and she can just take it back with her. Thanks for the RoundUp Mike! :emoji_thumbsup:

Help me pick a food brand for my new puppy

I posted this in the other thread too, but you should read the book by Pat Lazarus called "Keep your dog healthy the natural way". I think you'll have a better understanding of what to feed you dog after you read it. I picked up a copy at the library and it was fairly easy reading, check it out...

    clamps

I've gotten cheap bar clamps from Harbor Freight when they go on sale. I've got maybe two dozen of those, and use them fairly often. The clamps that I really like (and the first ones I reach for) are my 48" and 24" Bessey K body clamps. They're stout and you can really crank them to apply...

    Project "Man Beast" is born............

That thing is HUGE! I really liked the pictures of the dog sitting on the box, it gives you a good idea of the size of the cabinet. Although it does look like it could be a kennel for the dog (or two dogs). I'm also interested to see how you're going to finish it, painting would probably be...

    Weekly RoundUp 6/15/04

Looks like Simpsons: Season 4 for me this week (the wife is a huge Simpsons fan). I may rent 50 First Dates and Tupac: Resurrection to see if they are something I'd like to own.

So, what do you feed your dog/cat?

Toward the twilight years of my dogs life I switched her over to Spot's Stew by Halo Pets and then started to make her my own version of Spot's Stew at home. She liked it very much and did pretty well on it. Since then I've come across a book by Pat Lazarus called "Keep your dog healthy the...

    Whats better for me?

I went the IB route and did as ThomasW suggested. I have 2 Dayton IB's (with room for 2 more) with the 250W plate amp and was surprised at the sound after I hooked it up. It was just so much more than I expected for a room that is 15' x 23'. I haven't calibrated it yet but I will get to that...

Finishing Question: Can I put polyutherane on top of Tung oil?

I think what Dan was communicating is that if you use tung oil and want to coat it with a water based poly, then wait a week for it to dry before coating it with the water based poly. I've had problems with doing it like that before and used the advice of Jeff Jewitt and did the following...
