I have had a Samsung HDTV tuner that I've used for years (T351 I believe). Anyway, it's on it's way out. I'm looking for a recommendation on another TV tuner for catching over the air HDTV. I need it to have a VGA output, and digital audio out. Any recommendations?
Matt
Thanks Chris. I suppose that's another good suggestion. You could just run two wires to the binding posts on each speaker (or more likely the binding posts on the plate at the wall location where the speakers will be placed). Matt
Sorry for the dumb question, but my wiring skills are minimal if anything gets semi-complex. My brother is finishing his basement, and he's to the wiring stage. There are two locations that he's thinking he might like to put the receiver/amp. Our question is really quite simple - Is it...
I'm just curious if anyone has printed up tickets for their theater just for fun - perhaps something that could be sent to particular people invited to come to a special screening at your home theater. If anyone has, what have you done and how did it look? I'm considering trying to do...
I'm helping my Dad select a projector for use at a family cabin. The projector will be ceiling mounted, and used exclusively for watching standard definition DVDs. It will never be used for HD or broadcast TV (HD or standard). I've recommended that he go with a refurbished Infocus 4805...
Sorry to get everyone's hopes up (I can just see everyone now running to this thread to see if the deal is on). BUT, Is there a way to subscribe to a thread without posting to it (I don't wanna miss out on this again!) Matt
I do. There is a pawn shop near my office, and I'll stop in to check their inventory probably once a week. They turn over very quickly, and it's a fun way to see stuff that looks interesting. It's less expensive than renting, and I can usually sell something I don't want to keep on ebay and come...
I'm not positive, but I think it's recommended that you include both vents and returns in the room, and that in a theater it's best to put the vents in the back of the seating and the returns in the front of the seating. Matt
