Storage room is at least 10X12

The soffit is perpendicular to the screen. The soffit runs from the screen wall to the back wall. And the soffit is up aginst the right wall. The finished width of the room will be just under 12ft. I'll post a picture later.

So what if I just left the back part of the sub into the storage room. Does the whole sub need to be into the same room. Or does it need to be in an actual corner.

When you say sealed box are you talking about the sub or the enclosure I am going to make?
