I know this is not the popular opinion on this board, but I really was let down by this movie. I really wanted to like it, the Cinamatography was wonderful but I couldn't get use to Malick's style of story telling. It was very passive and the last 1/3rd of the movie really dragged.
Not to Promote another ht forum but AVS has a huge running thread on this very topic. I have not done it myself because I have the Passport software (not SARA) but others seem to have the same issue you do. Might be worth checking out.
As much as I love this set, per my comments above, this seet does not take 1080P source. I knew that going in. Hardly any of the 1080P sets actually accepts a 1080P signal. For me that does not matter because the broadcasting agreement for HD resolution has no 1080P standard so you will never...
I have owned the 60xbr1 for over a month so I have some good history with it. On HD the set is stunning. I compared it to several DLPs in the stores and there was definetely a noticeable difference in picture quality. It has a certain picture the reminds me of the best picture tube tvs. The only...
Bought a new SXRD 60 inch wide screen TV and now I have no space in my HT room for these speakers. I am the original owner and as I am sure you know, the Paradigm 100 speakers have gotten terrific reviews ever since they came out. These are in the black ash finish. They were bought new in 1999...
I have a pair of Paradigm Reference (Studio) 100 speakers and the matching reference center channel. These are the first version of the speakers and mine were bought in 1998. They are black ash and are in good condition. There are some minor scratches near the base of each speaker but is only...
I have the version 1 Studio Paradigm Reference 100 speakers and the Paradigm Reference center channel. I am thinking of getting something new just for fun and am looking at the Rocket by Onix rS750 and RSC200 center channel. I am about 70% home theater and 30% music. Does anybody have experience...
I bought the game yesterday and played it last night for a couple of hours. I had TGW 2003 and thought it was just as good. The only thing I did not like about TGW2003 was the putting was too easy with the way it would display the tip on the right hand side of the screen, also a few too many...
I saw that to. It seems there main beef was that it was similar to Moto GP. I never owned the first one so that is no big deal to me. But, like they wrote, I sure do hope the Moto GP 2 is similar to Moto GP2 :)
Just in case anyone is interested. I just ordered my copy this weekend and had not seen an official review yet. They seemed to like it. http://xbox.ign.com/articles/421/421793p2.html
I am in. I just played for the first time today and I still suck but I had fun learning. I use to suck at Mechassault too but then Joe taught me the ways off the pussy mobile and I got pretty good;)
