Wow, it seems a lot of people are disappointed with the film. Not only here, but the fanboy central Super Hero Hype Boards. I still haven't seen it yet, but I'm hoping I enjoy it and I am still trying to fathom this movie being as bad as some say.

Watching this movie a second time on DVD a few months ago made me like it more. As long as you check your brain at the door and just enjoy the ride, you'll find it at least a little bit fun (in an popcorn action flick way).

The problem is that the difference between a good upconverted dvd and HD is not as big of a difference as VHS to DVD was, unless you have a huge 100+ inch screen. Like, for me I can tell the difference but I know a few people who feel the difference doesn't warrant the price of HD-DVD or Blu-ray.

Ditto that, I can't wait for the Harry Potter and Matrix films to be on HD-DVD...hopefully really soon at that.
