I also have never had a problem with HD-DVD's from Netflix. However, I have had problems with a couple Universal discs that I bought when first released, which had problems (Miami Vice, Children of Men)

To my recollection, Warner hasn't let me down yet, except for Rio Bravo. But that's understandable due to the film's age. Since Heat was made in 1995, it HAS to look better than say Bullitt or Dog Day Afternoon.
