Normally I avoid movie licensed games, but this game has been getting a ton of buzz recently. Game Rankings gives it a 88%, while The Suffering had 82%. Who developed this game?

I've never had a "Can they say that on TV?" thought while watching The Shield. It just seems to be natural for the characters and setting.
