Well, happy to report the CD/SACD player does not exhibit the same issues as my DVD/DVD-A player. I loaded it with alternating CD,SACD,CD,SACD,CD and flipped through each and the MC-8 switched perfectly between inputs using MusicLogic for the cd's and 5.1a on the SACD's without any problems.

David, It may help if you provide your budget requirements in order to help narrow down the choices.
